Meet Margie Twigg, LPC

Margie Louthen Twigg is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She practices at the Manassas Group and Lewis-Gale Center for Behavioral Health. With over 30 years of experience working in the counseling field, she is comfortable working with a diverse population of clients. She specializes in treating children and adolescent disorders, children and adolescents who have been abused, and grief/loss issues with all age groups. She sees clients from 5 years old to older adults dealing with depression, anxiety, life transitions, and other life challenges. Overall, she uses a Cognitive Behavioral approach but tailors her approach to each client’s needs. She serves on the Child and Family Services Board of Blue Ridge Behavioral Health. She is a member of The Mental Health Association of the Roanoke Valley. She has also served on Family Assessment Planning Teams, and The S.A.R.A. Board.
