Avery Kerr, pronounced CAR, is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Doctor of Ministry (DMin) in Effective Ministries for Woman whose clients include men, women and couples. She is certified in EMDR and is a Certified Energy Medicine Practitioner. Her intent is to help clients develop and grow into their “true self”. Unresolved trauma, life stressors, limited beliefs and unhealthy relationships can interfere with the ability to live a more authentic and satisfying life. Avery enjoys writing, exercising, movie-going, spending time with grandsons and all lake activities. Avery Kerr, DMin, LPC, LLC works with 25-year-olds and up. She will work with clients on issues related to depression, anxiety, relationship, trauma. Additionally, Avery is EMDR certified, energy medicine certified and performs neurosculpting. Avery will work with individuals as well as couples. Avery is accepting the following insurances: Aetna, Sentara, and United Healthcare/United Behavioral Health/Optum. Avery is scheduled to be here in office on Thursdays 2-5 p.m.
