Meet Natalie Kerschner, LPC
One of my core values as a therapist is that there is not a singular “right” answer for you, but that healing involves uncovering your own intuition, wisdom, and gifts to discover the solutions that lead to more peace and freedom in your life. I appreciate approaches that are evidence- and data-based, as well as those that are holistic and intuitive. While navigating challenges you are currently facing, we will also explore broader patterns that you have lived with for much of your life that may be contributing to what you are experiencing now. I love helping you grow in confidence and learn to trust your intuition, as we work on resolving and removing the barriers that have made that difficult. I come from a Person-Centered perspective, and use methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, existential therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and somatic practices. I work with all ages 16+, and see individuals as well as couples.
